Sand Key is a beautiful section of Clearwater Beach, with wide, white sandy beaches and no crowds! The beaches in the area have been consistently rated as among the top in the United States. Lighthouse Towers is located right down the street from the Sheraton Sand Key Resort, and across from the Marriott Sand Key. You can walk across the street to the Shoppes on Sand Key, where you will find wonderful restaurants for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, as well as unique shops and convenience stores for your everyday needs while at the condo. The Shoppes face the intracoastal waterway and Clearwater Bay, so you can stroll along the boardwalk and enjoy the water views there as well. Just over the Sand Key Bridge is Clearwater Beach, where you will find more restaurants and shops, as well as Pier 60, dolphin watch and dinner cruises, and much more!

Lighthouse Towers is a gated community, with 24 hour security. Our condo has its own designated parking space for your convenience. It is located about 30 minutes from Tampa International Airport. Shopping, restaurants, and great attractions are all close by. Orlando " including Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and Sea World " is about a 90 minute drive. Tampa's Busch Gardens is only 30 minutes away, along with historic Ybor City, and the Florida Aquarium.

Condo Amenities: Our 1 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath condo is completely furnished and nicely decorated, with beautiful hardwood floors in the living room and bedroom. The master bedroom features a king-size bed with new mattress, walk-in closet, TV with DVD player, and, of course, fantastic views of the Gulf of Mexico! There is a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room, a dining area next to the kitchen, and a full-sized washer and dryer in the unit. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances, including refrigerator with filtered water and ice maker, electric stove and oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Also included are coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishes, glasses, flatware, and cookware.

Enjoy high definition cable TV on the 37 inch flat screen LCD TV in the living room, including a DVD player/VCR. Wireless internet will keep you connected while you're away from home!

There are plenty of towels, bed linens, and pillows, including towels for the beach and pool. We have 2 beach chairs and umbrellas, so all you have to bring is your swimsuit!

THIS IS A NO-SMOKING UNIT. SORRY, BUT PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
Lighthouse Towers is one of the nicest buildings on the beach, and features a heated pool with jacuzzi, tennis court, basketball court, putting green, and a large covered entertaining area with 2 BBQ grills. There are plenty of chairs and umbrellas by the pool, which gets the sun all day for great tanning. The third floor features a sundeck as well. The building and grounds at Lighthouse Towers are beautifully maintained. It's one of the premier locations on Sand Key!
